Our body is wise, asks and cries out for what it needs, it is constantly preyed upon to reject or accept stimuli, food, sensations, etc., the smell, taste and quality of what we eat is reflected in our body mood, secretions and others fluids, our hair, skin, eyes, teeth and nails are the main indicators of health or disease, well, at least the most visible.

First of all you have to be really mad but extremely wise, obsessed with life in all its forms and a believer of everything ….

. other than that just use all your 7 senses , learn how to feel , feel everything, everyone and beyond appearances, feeling gives you translated emotions from those you want to approach and are the target of your desire, and by all means communicate , speak , talk, chat, laugh, message, show signs of life and stay tuned.

Understanding is the second factor , pay attention, listen , gather information, the more you know the more connected you get. When in search of companions; be available but free of expectations, be there but not limiting anybody space, give to complement not to compensate, to attract not to buy, to support not to do the work for them…and be aware of the duality, the ying and yang, cause and effect, give and take….such is the game of the Lovers.

Understanding that causes are revealed to the effects and these are proportional to the causes is the great key to access the kingdom of Love and human relation ships

And how is this possible?

For everything that is emitted must have its response, when the another person feels pressured the result is the accumulation of something and then its repression, which will make him feel so alienated in him or herself, that they will choose to abandon the source of such influences . It means don’t be very intense , create balance and manage the anxiety!!

If, on the contrary the other party or we as partner or as they call it now : ‘My significant other’ provides freedom and countless opportunities and spaces for the partner to live and be independent, that someone will have the tendency to seek the roots of the source that provides for him/her with it. All the things i am telling you here are part of a constant game of Love between human beings, thus, in the changing world of relationships, one will choose to be passive, active, receiver or emitter according to the nature of the being or beings we got or we choose as companions.

we don’t relate by affection but by default

It usually happens between couples that differences arise in the levels of doing: by actions and ways, having and thinking, since misunderstanding arises from the diversity of their evolutionary state, it means according to your level of evolution.

How many times does it happen that there is a deep attraction for someone, but when expressing it, it is not possible to be clear or make sense of what we feel?

What happens? Well, it is the confusion in which the mind is immersed in trying to explain what consciousness whatever its level, has elaborated. And this confusion is present because the organism in its immense wisdom intuits above all the attraction, emotion and desire; that this another person is not really prepared to be our Partner.

It can also happens that you can be located on a lower level, but it is not so complicated since the innate tendency towards transcendence allows an easy assimilation of the encounter and the experience, also if you experience this confusion you can decide to continue living situations corresponding to the level that is crossed and at another time by voluntary decision, reach a more advanced one. It is the same as what the particles do to perform a «quantum leap»: accumulate energy to increase their vibratory state and transcend which is somehow less difficult, than getting rid of the evolution and acquired self-realizing capacity, to descend to other spaces in favor of the desire to «be with» someone that is not yet at our level. And sometimes only with certain emotions or thoughts we get that person to call us, to approach to be with us, sometimes we are already in a relationship but the silence hurts as much as saying ‘I Love you’ and the distance is an abyss even when we are sleeping in the same bed…but those are other subjects and Demons to fight another time…so, ….coming back to the duality and matrix in the relation ship , if consistent Transformation and Integration processes have been established by our significant one or by us, it could, by resonant effect, invade the atmosphere, environment, organism or field of action of one another with the acquired qualities and being influenced to such a degree that it is possible to take the lower level vibes to the stratum of consciousness we are at and in this way calibrate or recalibrate the union. What really makes such a feat possible is Love.

Love teaches you how to be a Master,

understanding other people needs is one of the keys, so many strategies are established to satisfy you so that you do not feel revered or the owner of the source that provides you with relaxing moments, tenderness, cuddling time, sex and other sweetness,

When liking or wanting someone take into account the shortcomings and capacities of that individual and without judging and by your own will if you desire, only if you desire and want to commit proceed to contribute to your partner’s evolution.

Don’t forget:  If a person already has something obtained from evolution and reached certain level that’s a gain so help him/her to manifest that something, remember it does not represent evolution for your partner or to the another person; it contributes to encourage her/him to develop the necessary skills and will power to access to other facets that are more costly,

Remember: If you want to teach something, you must first reach their heart, once there, they will learn even things you didn’t intend to teach. LB

GOD WINS, WE WIN IN THE GRAND SCHEME OF THINGS

We are in the midst of what seems to be the greatest, and perhaps, the last war of all. We see incredible evil but also amazingly good things that happen at the same time like saving the children from underground bases and tunnels worldwide.

Although our reality looks very bleak, the light forces are winning. When I use the word light, or light forces, it is equivalent to God. We have free choice and we can choose which side we take: collaborating with the light forces or the dark forces.

WHO ARE THE WHITE HATS?

White hats can also be called the light forces fighting the Cabal worldwide. The Alliance is part of the “white hats” or light forces.

WHERE DOES THE TERM “WHITE HATS” COME FROM?

According to Scarenormal, this term originates from mid-1950’s to the late-1990’s ‘Wild West’ movies that had an allegorical meaning.

“The good cowboys always wore ‘White hats‘, and the bad cowboys always wore ‘Black hats‘.”

This reference to the ‘white hats’ “is used to associate a good secret government agency, group or person that is working for the people against the ‘black hats’, the cabal.” (Scarenormal)

HOW DO THE WHITE HATS OPERATE?

According to Scarenormal, the White Hats operate worldwide incognito and are not limited to one location. I would also add, from my sources, that there is not one entirely good secret government agency or group, as they are all compromised and there is a battle between the light forces and dark forces within these agencies and groups. However, things might be different these days in the U.S. as the intelligence agencies went through some clearing and are no longer as corrupt as they used to be before President Donald Trump entered office.

“There’s a war going on behind the scene (in-fighting within countries, within organizations) between “dark hats” (the “Powers that Be” who will become the “Powers that Were”) and the “white hats” (the good guys worldwide who are involved in dismantling this power structure). THE WHITE HATS SOCIETIES

These White Hats groups work worldwide to defeat the Cabal to save humanity from its clutches and improve life on earth while some operate to awaken humanity to our true reality (Scarenormal).

One such major society, or group, is the white nobility that I’ve mentioned in my article Who Controls the World.

Both the Black Nobility that controls the 13 bloodlines, and not the other way around, and the White Nobility originate from Italy.

According to 2012Portal blog, the White Nobility “worked towards the liberation of the planet, some of them for millennia.”

WHO, OR WHAT, IS THE WHITE NOBILITY?

According to The Galactic Free Press, not all aristocratic families aligned themselves with the Cabal. Some of them resisted them passively and some actively.

Similarly to the Cabal, the White Nobility also uses and has occult tradition. However, the main difference between these two groups in this aspect, is that the White Nobility uses the occult for positive and the betterment of humanity, while the Cabal uses it to enslave humanity.

The Galactic Free Press elaborates that the occult tradition of these noble families

“goes back a few millennia into the mystery schools of ancient Rome, Greece and Egypt. Mysteries of the Goddess are their greatest secret and their main occult weapon against the Cabal.”

According to this source, these families are connected with the positive Templar groups.

It’s important to note that the Black Nobility are associated with the Jesuits and receive their orders directly from the Archons. They are revolted by the Goddess energy (The Galactic Free Press).

1. QAnon which it considers “the single biggest and greatest military intelligence operation in the history of humanity. 2. White Dragon Society is a society that Benjamin Fulford mentions a lot in his articles. It is an Asian society that is working to free humanity from the Cabal’s control. “They represent warriors who obey the rules of honor, chivalry and morals.” (Scarenormal)
3. Western Alliance that started from the U.S. Military. According to Scarenormal, this group began planning to free the U.S. from the control of the Cabal after the attacks on the World Trade Center in NYC. It is said, that this group helped “in the decision for Donald Trump to run for the presidency.” (Information Clearing House News)
4. Gnostic Illuminati – surprisingly, or not, some Illuminati do not side with the evil Cabal/Illuminati but with the White Hats. This group sides with the White Hats. According to Before It’s News, President Trump who heads the vast child rescue missions around the world, saved many thousands of children and women from trafficking. This amazing mission could be successful not only with the leadership of President Donald Trump, but with the involvement of many forces and organizations, including the Pentagon Pedophile Task Force, U.S. Marines and Special Forces in collaboration with Interpol, and various nations’ special military forces.

These missions include, according to Before It’s News, arrests of pedophile perpetrators and destroying the underground bases and tunnels after rescuing the children and women. The destruction of such tunnels and bases by bombs caused minor earthquakes.

On September 6, such a huge tunnel was destroyed in the Philippines and was accompanied by an earthquake (Before It’s News).

I remember the first time I presented my degree thesis proposal to the jury, and one of the eminent professors told me that it seemed more like for a Master’s degree, and another asked me if I knew what I was doing because if I didn’t know , that would become Imperitia.…and there were others who said that my degree thesis was a witchcraft manual
  I did not know how to react that time, but I felt within myself the need to continue and sustain my theories and proposals, which although they were not new are part of an imperishable knowledge to which I venerate and serve …

Through the years, traveling, learning, unlearning, comparing and evolving, I am still an apprentice at all levels in life, a citizen of the universe with infinite stories to tell and anecdotes to share, with countless failures, defects and mistakes but also achievements that currently make me someone very different from who I used to be at the beginning of my career as a psychologist. Blessed are those who found brothers in their coworkers, who have sisters and mothers instead of colleagues and bosses, those who have fathers and grandparents for line managers and mentors, because those who have not had the opportunity to experience what is to have a good job, being sometimes jobless , being part of a bad or good company, to meet a bad boss or partner, does not know about life and can never compare to any experience nor recognize between hell and heaven or be accurate and truthful when talking about his professional career, 

We all have different times/stations in our lives, levels of awareness and professionalism, …we are different at all levels, but what we do have in common is the taste and delight for a good work environment, for a quiet place to be the most part of our productive lives, to be 60% happier during working days (40% is for the few hour left to our selves ) and earn according to our efforts and capabilities. 
We all have a dream place and a dream job… and Blessed are those who can find it and keep it…

About Bad Bosses and other demons…

It makes me feel sick to see how large companies are delivered into the hands of incompetent leaders, the direction of important departments to managers without commitment for their duties, by unethical and code less people who would be willing to do anything in order to achieve some numbers/results. I’m still trying to justify the meanings , to find a justification for them,… will take a while to find a good one

How they forget that their actions have an impact on the environment, on the lives of every person and situation involved, every action has an effect on society and the world,

We are too used to advertisements that are only a parody of the reality of the services that some companies today are offering, it is a filtered and making-up arrangement of promises to the people/customer that are rarely fulfilled or that do not exist, … cheating has become the daily bread of advertising delivered by service providers and media narrative and something similar is happening with the jobs and recruitment industry.. but that’s another subject .. let’s focus on leadership failures for now,,,on a negative note this time..

Obviously not everything or everyone can be perfect but we have to create balance, we have to be ethical and congruent as leaders ,extremely consistent and above all respectful…Respectful of the place and work environment, of colleagues and employees regardless of their positions.

Many of the bosses that I have known throughout my life, mine and other people leaders have a different style of management, some with the profile and adequate academic background that prepares them for it and others with the natural skills for the position, .. nevertheless an integral formation is required, ….and I would suggest that in their formation the following subjects are always include and mark as mandatory : principles of psychology, bioethics and human development

The mental state of our Leaders and their personalities will influence each action, each project, each undertaking, each result, their behaviors will have a positive or negative echo in the lives of all, at all levels: family, social, economic, academic , personal because : in every small actions the personalities are reflected, …. not even the most professional of the actors, or pathological liar can hide his true nature when it comes to leading a team, nobody can sustain a false image for a long time especially in times of crisis, and that is why it is necessary to be very methodical and cautious when selecting our bosses and employees if we are in a position to do so.

I have seen and felt hearts and dreams destroyed in the vilest way due to mistreatment at work, sarcasm, ridicule, insult, an orders badly given in a time of pressure or stress, but sometimes this will be taken easily and passes by only because it is the “boss” or a significant person who has «sinned».

After underestimating, pressuring, disrespecting, manipulating, and subjecting others there is no going back, words, looks, and actions are more dangerous than a weapon of mass destruction and have long-term repercussions …

Professional disappointments, frustrations and discontents can mark us for life, Sometimes, we have the opportunity to have wonderful business owners, but we have the misfortune of having disastrous heads of divisions, departments and therefore employees with a constant distortion of authority, direction and an eternal cognitive dissonance.

…. 🪔This is where I make a stop in the way of this short writing and. , … I answer to myself ,,,: precisely that is the heart of the matter ,, we all know it ,,,but few will speak it ,, few express it and do something to change the individual circumstances or those or their peers, few undertake small adventures and tasks that collaborate to a better ambience and work environment, or make their personalities wonderful source of strength , assertiveness and time management, balancing quality and quantity of daily tasks Vs. their results, but above all differentiating between what is expected and what must be delivered according to the job description. 🗝Service Vs Servility.

🚫it is under no circumstances admissible for a boss to tell you that he does not care if you sleep or not, if you do not rest, if you miss your son’s recital because it is the end of the month and you have to do some numbers,

It cannot be possible for a boss to give you an individual responsibility or task when you are connected by default and work-affection to a work team, and only ask you to deliver results when the process is involved him and your colleagues and you need their support so that other individuals collaborate and put energy towards the same goal, Can’t be correct for a Boss to gossip about employees and coworkers and to create division within a team, to undermine people and create toxic competitions.

Respect for the time and lives of other human beings is as important as results and productivity, when this is not understood and implemented the only possible result is chaos.

How many times do we get scared when we hear footsteps in the corridor of the office and we know that he is our department head or the bad and negative partner of the team?

when you want to stretch your arms and walk a little but once you turn around you find the supervisor stepping on your  heels? ,,then you realize that your paranoia is getting worse….

when you don’t have a peaceful night or a quiet weekend because there is always something unfinished that your boss wants it done or have updates on.  ?

How many have told me they get up in the morning and say to them selves: I’m lazy to go to work, …..want to throw my phone away, ….I just closed my FB or IG account , I don’t want to know about anything,,,,,,I fear answering calls or opening messages ……. and even have a panic attack when the phone ring and is the boss calling...

All are symptoms of a dysfunctional company, and a very disturbed mental state, ..those are dark fears and job traumas that turn into internal demons constantly stalking us.

Finally … today … reviewing the comments, arguments, hostilities experiences of my colleagues, patients and other acquaintances during the last years, months and recently the last weeks with more fervor and more in a high tone than ever, I can say and conclude, that more than trying to change «bad bosses» and directions or complaining about them and their abuses or mistakes, it is about being assertive with ourselves and towards others…..

Do not stay where you are suffering and most important stop contributing to chaos, start reinforcing your self and other people’s work with class , professionalism and ethics, stop gossiping and poisoning others’ environments and minds with comments and react in time to misuses of authority and toxic styles of leadership.

The organizational or cultural structure of a company is made up of the individualities of its employees who come together for a common good called vision and mission, are reinforced by integrity and commitment, maintained by ethics and respect, and become immune to disqualified managers if the system of work and camaraderie is healthy.

Erase una vez mi tesis de Grado y una chica Universitaria que pensaba diferente…

los Orígenes de una propuesta transpersonal

Recuerdo la primera vez que presenté ante el jurado de tesis de mi Universidad mi propuesta de trabajo de grado , año 2002.. y una de las eminentes profesoras me dijo que eso parecía más bien para una Maestría, otra me dijo que si yo sabía qué estaba haciendo porque si no eso se convertiría en impericia,…y hubo otros que dijeron que mi tesis de grado era un manual de brujeria,, La facultad era una versión moderna de la inquisición en ese entonces…

La opinión campeona del momento fue la de uno de mis colegas después de unos años de no vernos, su nombre es Juan me dijo que mi Tesis de grado estaba sirviendo de cuña para puertas o mínimo nivelando las patas del escritorio de Decanatura, .. aun así yo seguía creyendo en mi y hoy en día sonrío al ver maravillada como los temas que yo defendía y que en esa época quería demostrar su infinito valor ahora son parte de la bien nutrida existencia de seres despiertos en todo el mundo.

No supe cómo Reaccionar aquella vez, pero si sentí dentro de mi la necesidad de continuar y sostener mis teorías y propuestas, que aunque no eran nuevas son parte de un saber imperecedero al cual venero y sirvo…No me hice famosa por eso , no soy reconocida por nada, pero ayudo silenciosamente a construir un mundo mejor y mas consciente…

A través de los años , viajando, aprendiendo, desaprendiendo, comparando y evolucionando sigo siendo una aprendiz en todos los niveles de la vida, una ciudadana del universo con infinitas historias que contar y anécdotas para compartir, con innumerables fallas, defectos y equivocaciones pero también logros que me hacen actualmente alguien muy diferente a quien solía ser al inicio de mi carrera como psicóloga, y en aquel entonces cuando aún me encontraba en la Universidad en Medellín (sin plan alguno de vivir en otro continente ) que planeaba en mi interior diversos programas que en algún momento fueron y y algunos son hasta el sol de hoy de gran ayuda para la sociedad en mi región y país de origen por lo cual me enorgullezco.

Mi Proyecto personal de servicio llamado ¨Medicina para el Alma¨ , me ha llevado a aportar a la humanidad y a toda creatura viviente mi ayuda y asistencia hasta el sol de hoy  y no he desistido de investigar, analizar y experienciar otras culturas, sociedades, religiones y lugares con el objetivo de difundir conocimiento y práctica de la filosofía perenne y continuar con mis previos estudios y compilaciones teórico –practicas acerca de la Espiritualidad y la Sexualidad; he retomado y presentado como proyecto final para mi Doctorado en La Atlantic International University esta propuesta (revisada y actualizada ) de Desarrollo Psicoespiritual para crecimiento y trascendencia de todos nosotros, los seres humanos, con el fin de ayudar en los continuos procesos de evolución y cambio de los individuos y la sociedad.

La pregunta que lo inicia todo:

¿Puede el ser humano hacerse dueño de sí mismo y su entorno trascendiendo física y psíquicamente a través de la vivencia de la espiritualidad en la sexualidad?

Esta Fue la pregunta que me plantee a mi misma hace 23 años con la idea de proponer métodos de aplicación terapéutica a partir del sincretismo entre sexualidad y espiritualidad abordados desde la psicología. La sexualidad un tema explorado de diversas maneras y variados enfoques entre estos las ciencias tradicionales y alternativas, antiguas y emergentes creencias, se ha indagado sobre su origen, sus efectos, se ha mirado desde lo erótico, concebido desde la perspectiva biológica funcional, cultural, histórica, pero no se ha concedido la suficiente atención a su aspecto mas sublime y primordial: el espiritual, al menos en el mundo occidental, esto debido a factores de índole socio-cultural-educativo pues no debe olvidarse que clase de creencias y normas han sido inculcadas con base en la política y la religión, las cuales giran en torno a condicionamientos, identificaciones e ideas de separatividad, es una visión mecanicista del mundo comparándose con la visión oriental es intrínsecamente dinámica y contiene como características principales al espacio y al tiempo.

Siempre he creído que La Sexualidad es una Expresión Espiritual.

Se ve al cosmos como una única realidad inseparable en eterno movimiento viva y orgánica, espiritual y material al mismo tiempo, es con esta perspectiva yo he pretendido abordar la sexualidad y la espiritualidad en mis pasadas y presentes investigaciones comenzando con un recopilado teórico que fundamente la propuesta y una síntesis conceptual a partir de la cual se plantean alternativas psicoterapéuticas que permitan la activación, desarrollo y mantenimiento de una vida sana, armónica y consciente para quien haga uso de estas.

“El sexo no es considerado como algo aparte u opuesto a la espiritualidad, al contrario, deben complementarse y fusionarse para proveer el organismo de armonía. ..En esta fusión alquímica que es mi trabajo terapeutico yo dejo de un lado la práctica de estrategias para el “mejoramiento de la vida sexual”, y hago énfasis sobre la forma de trascender desde la materia a la consciencia, convencida de que “no se puede enseñar al cuerpo lo que la mente no comprende”.

Psychology of Customer Experience :

CX  is taking over and recently does it here in UAE in this society so demanding and eager for innovation, excellence and quality, it has been opening  the way through the business world in MENA region,  and UAE big companies won’t be the exception, but, For a real establishment of such important work, there must first be a greater understanding of what CX means, plus an evolution of customer service and hospitality that is currently being delivered by all companies in the world.

Cx in my humble opinion is the total humanization of customer service, but is not only about customers, it is about employees, is to approach individuals and consumers from their «emotional self», establishing connections that go beyond simple coo working, management and customer delight, understanding their motivations, their vital interactions and translating them into strategies for the promotion, profit and benefit of our companies regardless of the size, purpose or business model.

To CX applies very well the hermetic principle that says: “As above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul…”Hermes Trismegistus

Depending on how our employees are treated so will be the experiences of our customers and vice versa, if the organizational culture within the company is positive all our customers will receive the same energy. Vibes don’t lie…   Obviously there are exceptions to the rule due to war of egos, powers, and other symptoms of -cultural unrest- leading to uncomfortable situations with customer service representatives. So I recommend that all consumer experience experts study human behavior, and our CS representatives have a high tolerance to frustration.

A person, a client, a case study,

That person,  client or consumer with whom we speak, we interview and assist daily, is a human being that can be easily decoded, read, and understood through quantitative and qualitative tools that can be used as a master key to their experiences and allow us to anticipate to their moves, ideas, wishes and needs as well as to create such a deep link with our products and institutions that the customer have no choice but to continue and advocate for our brand and services, but to get to this we have to work in synergy within the organization a single link in the chain loose … and the organizational culture is lost therefore social trust , respect and loyalty from employees and clients.

My mentor asked me to write about CX once, last year to be more exact,  and gave me so many documents, information and tasks that honestly I have lost count,…but I can’t deny that I have enjoyed every single one…On this occasion Im writing based on 17 years of multiple interactions as a Psychologist and as a woman, with 10 years in the Middle East sailing the dunes of an extremely changing, diverse and multicultural society, and more recently dedicated and focused on CX part time in the fitness industry where I got the chance to talk and listen to thousands of people , survey some hundreds and track some dozen of journeys. A place where the existential motivators of our clients are as variants as the weather, their expectations are changing on daily basis and their lives direction make them arrive at our Port at different points of existence with dozens of expectations, emotions, feelings, needs and ideas as many as individuals join us looking forward to use our services and change their lives..

For us as CX representatives or Managers we must be lighthouses guiding their journey, sometimes god-parenting them, mentoring and supporting them on new beginnings,  being a psychiatrist on duty sometimes…    we become life strategists, advisors, new best friends or worst enemies  and so many other roles playing on daily basis, and this…this is precisely the ultimate reason why Customer Experience must be implemented and  should be promoted not only with our consumers but with our colleagues and managers, seeking the consistency of the department in and out the organization.

 I have learned and confirmed that Regardless of the company’s size, consolidating processes focused on our clients and their experiences are essential to the business and that we must always be Obsessed with excellence, Integrity and Organizational Culture.

Unity Vs Diversity: Multiculturalism

UAE is a country with infinite ranges of cultures and traditions, racial mixtures, intercultural unions and at the same time a nation under a faith and laws that are to be respected and followed and become the basis for those who come to this part of the world to work or start a family.

Each of our clients and potential ones are totally different, is a totally different world from one individual to another, obviously, and as clients theycreate and have their own expectations and ideas about our services, as CX representative I had to adapt and rethink my way of approaching each of them and breaking the ice and Emotional blockages that could affect our study, research and results, sitting with them become a pilgrimage to different lands in 8, 9, 10..hours of work….in the end,, is a journey that I really enjoy.

The moving dunes: Big Changes in short distances

Ways and manners vary from area to area, city to city, person to person…language and attitude must be adapted.  Assertiveness, congruence, image, tone of voice, the way we look at them and personal energy can build bridges or tear down the house. I learned a lot with the daily interactions during surveys and interviews, sometimes spontaneous conversations somewhere, but never in the same place or with privacy or conducted in an isolated area,  I had to be much more aware of what I was doing and talking, used smart body language and expressions,  , so that whoever saw that scenario as well as the receiver in front of me would perceive a positive or neutral vibe and get a concrete message with no gap for misinterpretation.

With all my experience dealing with people individuals and groups I can’t tell my Team and I are always victorious, some things go down badly, with rejection, mistreatment, manipulative speech etc…and other times it goes peacefully and lovely with a perfect experience to all parties involved, addressing clients and managing conflicting persons is not easy, but that’s the life and this is the human nature, changing like a dune in the desert.

All feedbacks are important….not all are valid but necessary to the final master piece

Every single person has something to say in this part of the world, and is natural to want attention and to feel we are somehow special and deserve a unique treatment.

Having hundred of valuable feedbacks positive and negative and some thousands that are less significant can provide loads of important information, is like a puzzle and all parts are required for the whole master piece.

I don’t disregard or discard the opinion of any of our clients or external contacts and as a CX coordinator I must assist and genuinely provide support as much as I can always, within the frame of Company’s Rules and policies that are not always to be liked by customers or employees but there must be someone to ensure they are being followed and implemented so we can create a perfect and controllable experience when required. Being soft and strong (wisely balanced) is the key.

Developing the ability to be soft and strong is truly an art. It is a gift, a talent, and a superpower. However, it takes a little longer for others to accept and understand because it is so different. People have a hard time comprehending that someone can be two seemingly opposite things at the same time. Patterns and Paths:

Universal patterns are everywhere, and everything has been created with number, measure and weight, that give us the opportunity to find patterns and similarities in the behaviors and opinions of our customers and everyone around us.

Obvious things can be seen by us during the time of the mystery shopper, but what really maintains consumer loyalty is hidden behind the obvious, analyzing those patterns I have found the answer to my CX research.

Customer Journey Piers

Each potential client-consumer arrives at a different point of their emotional journey but all of them must check in on a common point before joining the company or becoming a client.

And this is where we get to put them on track, retain them and make them loyal users for good or for bad, all depends of the business model of the organization and their priorities.

To make this a massive and productive commercial Pier the whole company have to speak CX and everyone must be aware of the Customer Journey and being familiar with consumer behavior,  a single person or independent department can’t make it on their own, all departments within the organization are necessary and important to the Customer Experience process.

Sobre Educación y otros dones…

Mi Filosofía sobre la Educación está basada en fundamentos Transpersonales..y por supuesto: El Amor.

Creo fervientemente que la única manera de Educarse y Educar es Comprendiendo, Comprendiendo Qué? …Que Las causas se revelan a los efectos y estos son proporcionales a las causas. ¿Cómo así? Pues todo lo que se emite ha de tener su respuesta, cuando el otro se siente presionado el resultado es la acumulación de algo, su represión, lo que le llevará a sentirse tan alienado en si mismo, que optará por abandonar la fuente de tales influencias. Si por el contrario se entrega al otro u sinnúmero de oportunidades y espacios para que viva y sea independiente, ese alguien tendrá la tendencia a buscar el arraigo de la fuente que le provee. ( el ejemplo perfecto es la Educación a distancia o semipresencial) Pues consiste en el adecuado manejo de los juegos que se van creando entre los seres, Suele suceder que entre nosotros como personas relacionables o como alumno y profesor surjan diferencias en los niveles del hacer, tener y pensar, pues la incomprensión surge  de lo diverso de nuestro estado evolutivo.

¿Cómo es eso?

La Educación y El Aprendizaje recrean en nuestros sentidos, nuestro organismo y mente procesos de Transformación e Integración consistentes, se podría por efecto resonante, invadir la atmósfera, ambiente, organismo o campo de acción del otro u otros con las cualidades propias adquiridas si somos nosotros los que ensenamos o viceversa, nuestros campos vibracionales  generan un vinculo importante entre el que ensena y el que aprende…, y afectamos al otro y nuestro entorno con cada aprendizaje, con cada activación de partículas en nuestra mente, de manera que influenciamos , repercutimos o somos influenciados e impregnados por el otro. Los Educadores pueden influir en estos saltos cuánticos de sus alumnos y atraerles al nivel de conciencia que ellos poseen…Algo que hace realmente posible tal proeza es el Amor.

se es Maestro o Educador cuando comprendiendo las necesidades del otro se establecen estrategias para satisfacerle de manera que no se sienta reverenciado, ni dueño de la fuente que le provee, se tienen en cuenta las falencias y capacidades y sin juzgar se procede a contribuir con su evolución, sin olvidarse que: Si una persona ya tiene algo ganado, ayudarle a manifestar ese algo, no representa evolución para ella; si lo es en cambio incitarla a desarrollar a través de la voluntad otras facetas que le resulten mas costosas, recordando que:

Alcanzar la Maestría es tener poder, y el poder implica la capacidad de incitar al otro a la ternura, a aprender, a investigar, a apreciar el talento propio y ajeno, la imaginación, la desnudez y total entrega. Poder reconocer la tristeza y la alegría, ver dónde hay una herida y los seres que temen ser lastimados, el poder atrae lo afín y obtiene lo que desea.

La Educación , sea cual sea la metodología utilizada tiene que ser estructurada, cuantitativa y cualitativa, respetuosa y honesta.

La Educación a distancia puede incluso general vínculos más fuertes que la presencial, académicamente hablando, y es que a medida que se estudia online, el sentido de la responsabilidad y compromiso son más altos, facilita el uso del libre albedrio , es decir da la oportunidad de seleccionar , tiempo y lugar sabiendo que el éxito y avance está en nuestras manos. En el mundo de hoy hay tantas ocupaciones y distractores, que muchas de las personas que quisieran regresar al campus y estudiar no pueden hacerlo por la falta de tiempo, ..pero la educación a distancia ha cruzado esta y otra barreras.

 Una Educación personalizada brinda la posibilidad de establecer conexiones, de sumergirse en los objetos de estudio y enfocarse en lo que realmente se necesita o desea hacer. Todo proceso educativo tiene como motor la motivación, sea interna o externa y siempre será por Amor…entiéndase como afecto, compromiso, enlace, afiliación ,  consigo mismo, con la familia, la sociedad,  un tema especifico, una misión, una meta . ..Muchas clases de motivaciones que se crean en el corazón ..y eso es lo que ponemos en nuestro Aprendizaje individual, personal y grupal,  el Corazón,

Los Maestros y las Maestras, -los de verdad-, son magos, hadas maravillosas capaces de convertir el monstruo en corcel, el artilugio en rienda, el ingenio en carro y el abismo, en una llanura infinita, donde perseguir y lazar los sueños.

About the Quantum shift…

The entire Universe is in a constant changing process; nature and every living creature on earth. What the Multiverse or parallel universes theory, multiple realities and butterfly effect is trying to tell us?

There are at least five theories why a multiverse is possible, as a 2012 Space.com article explained:

1. We don’t know what the shape of space-time is exactly. One prominent theory is that it is flat and goes on forever. This would present the possibility of many universes being out there. But with that topic in mind, it’s possible that universes can start repeating themselves. That’s because particles can only be put together in so many ways. More about that in a moment.

2. Another theory for multiple universes comes from «eternal inflation.» Based on research from Tufts University cosmologist Alexander Vilenkin, when looking at space-time as a whole, some areas of space stop inflating like the Big Bang inflated our own universe. Others, however, will keep getting larger. So if we picture our own universe as a bubble, it is sitting in a network of bubble universes of space. What’s interesting about this theory is the other universes could have very different laws of physics than our own, since they are not linked.

3. Or perhaps multiple universes can follow the theory of quantum mechanics (how subatomic particles behave), as part of the «daughter universe» theory. If you follow the laws of probability, it suggests that for every outcome that could come from one of your decisions, there would be a range of universes — each of which saw one outcome come to be. So, in one universe, you took that job to China. In another, perhaps you were on your way and your plane landed somewhere different, and you decided to stay. And so on.

4. Another possible avenue is exploring mathematical universes, which, simply put, explain that the structure of mathematics may change depending in which universe you reside. «A mathematical structure is something that you can describe in a way that’s completely independent of human baggage,» said theory-proposer Max Tegmark of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as quoted in the 2012 article. «I really believe that there is this universe out there that can exist independently of me that would continue to exist even if there were no humans.»

5. And last but not least as the idea of parallel universes. To go back to the idea that space-time is flat, the number of possible particle configurations in multiple universes would be limited to 10^10^122 distinct possibilities, to be exact. So, with an infinite number of cosmic patches, the particle arrangements within them must repeat — infinitely many times over. This means there are infinitely many «parallel universes»: cosmic patches the same as ours (containing someone exactly like you), as well as patches that differ by just one particle’s position, patches that differ by two particles’ positions, and so on down to patches that are totally different from ours.

1    Evolution or Extinction: That Is the Question

Extinction? …Yes, Extinction andnot only for the Animal Kingdom but for human kind, Evolution and shifting is the Key. “All complex systems that evolve through bifurcations and species mutating to avoid extinction are known as macroshifts”. 1.

Quantum science has many shifts related to the worldview values and Mr. Laszlo provides explanations on the maximum code, on how to manifest a new reality. This is humans’ time of great transition of old ways yielding to new multi-dimensional realities.

The current method of human morality

Morality is outdated by allowing people to live any way they desire. Those at the top of the scale, the rich and mighty, consume a disproportionate share of the planet’s resources while blocking access to vital resources to the less privileged. The suggestion presented is in developing a new planetary ethic where others less fortunate are able to live properly and without resentment towards those who control the greater quantity of essential items to provide the ability to live.

Unfortunately, humanity is evolving with no balance, there is no equity, not even the climate is stable, the economy is fruitful only for those who have wealth and those are the same groups and individuals that manipulate production and results, the illness and the cure, the war and the weapons production, the seeding, the planting and the harvest, …

Those with no intellectual, Professional formation or labor opportunity have to submit themselves to the conditions of those who believe in theirself-superiority and instead of helping the younger brothers and sisters, the weak and the homeless, they exploit them, exchange them and do not create genuine spaces for development and improvement of the quality of personal and social life.

 The actual paradigm is: There is always a condition, a second intention, an expected reward, a value to pay and if you wish to achieve something in life then you have to sacrifice something

 with health, time, effort and an entire life subject to the laws and systemic creations of someone else. Refugee camps are just that: a place to refuge from the rest of humanity and is getting worst that the battle field because the horizon is not clear.

Solutions and proposals are there in the proper places, in powerful hands and in societies or organizations that want to change the world and awake the humankind, The Club of Budapest is one of them. Our aim as “dreamers” is to change Humanity,to be aware that we are being part of a larger plan and all people on this planet are inter-connected though we are individuals. There have been ongoing changes in how some sub-culture organizations and individuals who desire a better lifestyle through the development of producing natural and organic foodstuffs, alternative healthcare, personal development and a stable ecological lifestyle. This aiming for spiritual and physical wellness is not new at all and is doesn’t belong to the new age wave and that global change, it is or natural status, it was there since the beginning of times, with previous civilizations that we thought didn’t develop any technology or evolved somehow, but they did, our current mistake is to think that the actual mankind civilization is superior, our society, economic structure bank system and Religion is just taking us backward and making us suffer, we are being manipulated since our childhood with wrong information, false knowledge and controlled educational system that can’t provide strong base for the existence, for a honest life, for a brotherhood, sisterhood and community cooperation. Who is the Author?

Ervin Laszlo, twice nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, is editor of the international periodical World Futures: The Journal of General Evolution and Chancellor-Designate of the newly formed Global Shift University. He is the founder and president of the international think tanks the Club of Budapest and the General Evolution Research Group .

Dr. Laszlo is generally recognized as the founder of systems philosophy and general evolution theory. His work in recent years has centered on the formulation and development of the “Akasha Paradigm,” the new conception of cosmos, life and consciousness emerging at the forefront of the contemporary sciences. PARADIGM SHIFT IN SCIENCE

Suffice to say that a change in paradigm adjusts the seminal position from which you view life.

Paradigm shifts are a beast of a different stripe. Your paradigm constitutes the basic center of your view on reality. In this way, a paradigm is comparable to Tim Leary’s idea of a reality-tunnel. Your reality-tunnel is the subset of reality which you are able, or allowed, to experience. There are a lot of factors involved, from your cultural upbringing, to the wavelengths of light your eyes can process. A paradigm acts as a kind of “center of gravity” within that reality tunnel. Your paradigm, for the most part, determines your starting point when processing an arising occasion within your reality-tunnel. A paradigm shift then represents a change in the way you fundamentally, and initially process events you encounter in reality.

Your paradigm helps define your initial categorization of any incoming datum. Therefore, a shift in your paradigm can represent a radical break with your old way of dealing with incoming signals, and the taking on of entirely new ways of processing information. For this reason, a shift in paradigms often has a far greater impact on your journey through life than an increase in understanding. Increases in understanding represent steady and gradual change over time, where as paradigm shifts represent a quantum leap in your reality-tunnel. In the Integral Model this is referred to as Transformation. The Integral Model usually visualizes development of the individual as a hierarchy of increasing capacity to take more views into account, and to extend care into ever wider circles. Translations (as mentioned above) represent new ways of handling input at your current level of development. Transformation then represents a move to a higher level. Personally I prefer to think of paradigm shifts a bit more freely, and like the idea that Transformation can also represent radical moves within a certain level, but that’s really a bit of semantic hair-splitting. Suffice to say that a change in paradigm adjusts the seminal position from which you view life.

Another phenomenon often seen as a quantum leap in a person’s reality-tunnel goes by the name of “enlightenment.” Enlightenment is a loaded word. For some it includes a host of super-human abilities and knowledge

When such a moment hits, one’s entire reality-tunnel is re-oriented. This can have profound effects on every facet of our lives. The way people react to us, the way we evaluate conversations, our political affiliations, our most precious relationships. All of these, and more, can feel the impact of such a shift. There is no way to tell before hand what these changes may portend. It is probably a good idea to consider whether, or not, you are willing to go for a huge paradigm adjustment such as enlightenment. You might not end up liking the things you used to like.

Looking at the possibility of enlightenment in this way can open up new ways for us to seek it. One possibility is too consider a given situation in our lives, and for a moment try and see it through new eyes, and in a different light.
